Maine SiteCountry se 5 saal ki hosting li, aur sirf 3 mahine ke andar website multiple times phishing ka shikar ho gayi. Har baar clean karta hoon, lekin issue fir repeat hota hai – clearly unka server secure nahi hai.
Support ka bolte hain WhatsApp, Telegram, Ticket sab available hai, lekin reality me 2–3 din baad ticket ka reply aata hai, wo bhi bina solution ke.
Ab to WhatsApp, Telegram, Ticket, LinkedIn – kahin bhi reply nahi aata.
Refund ke liye ticket dala, 10 din baad reply mila:
“Hamari services chal rahi hain, isliye refund nahi milega.”

As a paying customer with several active services and client websites hosted, I have not received any response for over a week through the support ticket system, Telegram support, or follow-ups on existing tickets. This is a significant issue, as I am dealing with serious service instability, including repeated downtime, unresolved server issues, and open tickets with no updates. Despite my polite and detailed communication, there has been complete silence from the support team. At this point, I am only seeking a response, a clear explanation, and a realistic resolution timeline. I hope the company will finally acknowledge this and contact me to resolve the situation, as this level of support is unacceptable for production and client-facing services.
I have been using this hosting for the past three years. Initially, the service was satisfactory, but in 2025, the quality has significantly declined. My website goes down 5-6 times daily, cPanel is often unresponsive, and phpMyAdmin shows 'Not Secure' (no SSL). Their live chat support is no longer functional, leaving me without quick assistance. This has caused numerous problems for my work. As a long-time customer, I expected better stability and support. If these issues aren't resolved, I will need to switch to another provider. I cannot recommend them unless these major problems are fixed.

When I did manage to contact them, they promised compensation with a higher service plan and a refund, but over a month has passed with no reply to my ticket. They ignore my chats and do not respond on any platform. I feel this is a complete scam and not a trustworthy hosting provider. Your site and business are at serious risk with them.
