I attended the Harley Street Hair Clinic requesting a more natural hairline, having had old-fashioned transplants years previously. They were very welcoming, and enthusiastic that they could achieve a very good result. No possible drawbacks were discussed – only positives. I then had the suggested 985 grafts, which were intended to provide the full result. The treatment itself went well, staff were friendly and provided Pret sandwiches for lunch. However, when the results were not satisfactory, I was sold a further 685 grafts. Once again, this didn’t work. I was then offered a minimal “complimentary” procedure (just 159 grafts) to disguise an obvious patch. The attitude then changed, and the procedure itself and atmosphere were quite uncomfortable. And to make matters worse, none of the hairs grew, and they offered no follow-up (so much for “complimentary”). I now believe I have less hair than when I started, and certainly limited donor areas left. It seemed that whenever there was a problem, I was blamed (age, scar tissue, availability of donor sites etc. – not discussed before). I noticed that many of the five-star reviews are posted at initial stages, rather than after seeing results. If you want friendly sales people, comfortable premises and Pret sandwiches, then this is the place for you. If, however, you’d like to end up with more hair on your head, I’d suggest you look elsewhere.
Before the procedure, I was feeling incredibly anxious. However, the team at the Harley Street Hair Clinic went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and reassured. Throughout the entire process, they took excellent care of me and made sure that I was as comfortable as possible, even during the intense procedure. Afterward, they explained the post-procedure care thoroughly and made sure I was well-equipped to take care of myself. I can't thank everyone at the Harley Street Hair Clinic enough for their kindness, expertise, and excellent care.

Everything to do with the process, from the first point of contact to the final procedure, was clearly communicated, with all available options detailed. During the procedure all members of staff were supportive, calming and happy to answer any questions, helping to make what could be a nervous experience into a relaxing atmosphere.
I had my hair transplant yesterday. I was quite nervous but the procedure went well and Dr Vida and his team were excellent. Will was very helpful and patient while I was makeing the decision ( it took me about a year to decide to go ahead! ) He also was available to promptly answer any questions I had. There has been no pain either during or after the procedure. Looking forward to seeing the results! All in all very happy and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I recently had around a 3800 graft FUE procedure over 2 days with the team at Harley Street Hair Clinic. From the very first email, phone calls, in person consultation, days of the procedure and the following aftercare the entire team has been incredible. You're made to feel completely at ease from the second you walk into the building and throughout the entire procedure (which genuinely does not hurt). Throughout the consultation they get to know you as a person, meet the medical staff, have a tour of the facility, they want to know your hair history/habits to enable them to build up a plan and give you an honest assessment of what can be done. Day of the procedure, exactly the same, relaxed environment, nothing is too much trouble and the team are fantastic in explaining the aftercare and what to expect over the coming days. After the procedure the team are in contact checking in on how you are, wanting progress pictures and if you have any other questions.
