I couldn't of had a better experience at the clinic. I was obviously a little nervous the day of the procedure, but was immediately put at ease the moment I went in and met the team who couldn't have been more kind and reassuring. My time there was a fantastic memorable experience and I couldn't be happier with the results. Had my consultation in May with William about the possibility of a transplant. Ive suffered with hair loss for a few years now and it was affecting my confidence so thought it was time to get something done. Booked in for September and had a 2 day operation on my temples / mid & Crown by Dr Daniel Ness. Naturally , I was nervous about the whole ordeal however the professionalism of The staff put me at ease. All questions I had were answered and explained to me clearly. Even after the procedure i have been in contact with the clinic and they are monitoring the healing process. I know that any questions I have , they are just a phone call away from reassurance.I would like to extend my thanks to William , Dr Ness and all the nurses that were operating on me at Hs Hair Clinic. Having spent almost two years considering/researching a hair transplant, I was fortunate to discuss the procedure with a friend of a friend who had undertaken the actual procedure that I was considering. The extremely positive feedback I was given convinced me to go ahead with the procedure at the Harley Street Hair Clinic. Having now had the procedure, I too have nothing but extremely positive feedback about the entire team who looked after me throughout my hair transplant journey from the first discussion/consultation to actual completion of the transplant procedure. I had been thinking about having the procedure for around five years. I did my research and the clinic and doctor who performed the transplant had a great reputation. The whole experience was great! All the staff were friendly and supportive throughout. The procedure itself wasn’t as bad as I expected, after the anaesthetic I couldn’t feel a thing. Would recommend to anyone thinking about doing it! I am just looking forward to seeing the results!
