My mom fell as she has neuropathy. She broke her hip and had it replaced. She was denied in patient rehab. She was sent home with her senior care giver who wants her to die so he can collect. She fell or was pushed out of bed by her husband who is a piece of shit.
Only giving a star because I have too. This is for humana vision customer service. The guy was rude as hell didnt help me and didnt understand what I was saying so he took upon himself to hang up on me. So to humana vision customer service billing department hire professionals
I had to switch insurance companies as my previous insurance company stop covering my meds for rheumatoid arthritis. Now I’m with Humana. What a disaster and if you don’t have to go there don’t this spending account card is absolutely useless. They tell you some things are covered and then they’re not and I don’t have an extra $200 to find out what else they don’t cover.
I would never recommend Humana for mail order prescriptions. I have been out of my meds for over 2 weeks! They sent the request to the wrong Dr first. Next they sent the wrong meds 3 times!! Then they said they were extraditing it a week ago and I am still waiting. It has sent me into one of the worst flairs I have ever had. The ones who answer their phones have no idea what they're doing. I will be changing as soon as it is possible
I contacted the customer service for a prior authorization. After spending more than two hours on the phone and speaking with two different representatives, I received a confirmation number and was assured it would be expedited. That was on 1/8/2026. Now, on 1/12/2026, the authorization is still delayed. I wasted another two hours this morning and achieved nothing. I plan to file a complaint with the relevant authorities.
This is truly not worth discussing. It's the poorest Medicare insurance option available. They will charge you for every little thing, modify your medication tiers to avoid payouts, and provide dishonest responses to your inquiries. The reality is, their service is exceptionally subpar.
The support phone lines for Medicare plans and customer care left me on hold for over an hour each time I called, with no option for a callback. Based on my experience in just one day, their customer service is the worst. I even had to leave the dentist's office because my plan appeared inactive, and I wanted to avoid being charged the full dental fee. The online chat was equally frustrating, with multiple long waits. I will be enrolling with a different Medicare health plan during the available period and cannot recommend this service to anyone.
This site is an embarassment. It is unresponsive until it finally times out. It's user experience is abomitable and thoughtless. It is cobbled together on an outdated platform. It is DOG SLOW. I signed up for my plan before I created an account. I should have read the reviews first. I would have never ever chosen them. Now I have to wait until the Medicare enrollment period to change plans. Beware!!! Don't even think about using Humana
I reached out to the service because my husband had just come home from a nursing facility and I needed assistance. Prior to that, I had contacted them to clarify his coverage while in the nursing home. My first conversation was with a representative who provided valuable information about the benefits available during his stay. Following that, I spoke with several others who were equally supportive. They worked diligently to understand why I had not yet received a nurse or physical therapist after his discharge. Despite my multiple calls, they made efforts to reach out to the agency involved, but were unable to connect. Nonetheless, the representatives remained professional and dedicated, leaving messages for follow-up. I was pleasantly surprised by the prompt response I received before even speaking to anyone.
