Don't trust them

Sizing guide is completely off - measured my dog very carefully and still the raincoat that arrived for huge. I doubt even the smaller size would fit. Had to return it so I knew I would lose 9 euros that they deduct for returns. But then find out when they confirm the refund that they also deduct 5 euros for shipping! Nowhere does it say that they do that with returns. Already such an overpriced store and you lose 14 euros even when you follow their sizing guide... its a complete rip off. Never again.

Communication problems

I really, really love the Eco warrior harnesses.Specially my american bully extreme loves them.Strong, sturdy and reflective!The only downside to hurtta is the communication.. It's hard to get an answer to the questions you are actually asking... The replies almost feel badly generated to questions you never asked 🧐Really thinking of buying Bullybillows items from now on And i have a looooooot of Hurtta harnesses

Terrible return policy - never buy from here again

I purchased a dog coat based on the measurement guidelines. The unopened package sat around because we were both sick for about 10 days with Covid after it arrived. I finally opened it and tried it on my dog, way too big. Requested an RA to return and was told I was 2 days past the 10 day return window. Are you kidding? Terrible return policy. Would never recommend this company to anyone.

Lousy Customer Service Policy

bought two coats in October (18th) for my little dog, following their instructions for measurement exactly. When I received them I put them on her and they seemed o.k. But we didn't use one until yesterday (Dec 15) when we learned she can't walk in it 'cuz it's actually too big for her. They won't let me exchange it because 1) it's outside their return window and 2) this particular coat was on sale. That was not at all clear. And, it shouldn't matter. These coats cost a LOT. They should try to make it right. LLBean, for example, would exchange it no matter what no matter the time, etc. This is pretty lousy.
