The package was missing cleaning wipes for pre-assembly, a squeegee, and the essential concentrate for the assembly solution. For €200, this is outrageous. I've been waiting for a response for a week and I want to test my new bike. Not recommended!

This is the worst customer service I've ever encountered. I input all the necessary details for my bike but received a universal kit that doesn’t fit. They blame me for the issue, but if they needed specific information about my bike, why did they offer products that are incompatible? They are very misleading, and I would never recommend them.
The high price of their product is supposedly for quality and customization to your bike frame. However, you might still need to cut the wrap stickers yourself. How does that make sense? If they ask for the bike size and specifications, why is cutting needed? I had to trim the down tube wrap because it was excessively long, and the seat tube wrap was unusable since it was oversized. Cutting it would ruin its appearance.
I am very disappointed with this kit. I purchased it for my bike, and while some parts barely fit, I had to trim the films. My bike has a protective layer under the frame made of porous plastic to prevent damage. After applying the upper films, I tried to place the protective films underneath, but they wouldn't stick to the porous material. I contacted customer service about the most crucial film being ineffective and suggested they should have included side films for the lower tube. Their response was that I should have removed the downtube guard and installed the film behind it. What is the point of doing that? I plan to share this frustrating experience in detail on my channel soon.
While installing, piece 17 tore when I tried to remove it from the sticker sheet. This was not my fault, as I was very careful. When I contacted customer service about the faulty piece, I was sent a link to pay £29 for a replacement. Additionally, their customer service is very slow, and you shouldn't expect a response within the promised maximum of three days.
