Would give zero stars if possible

Extremely poor customer experience. They sent the wrong product and have ignored two emails, despite receiving auto-responses stating someone would reach out within 48 hours. I wouldn't recommend this company and will not order again. Avoid at all costs.

Terrible product and service

Not sure which is worse, the product or the customer service! This caused irritation, and they refused to issue a refund citing health and safety reasons. Don’t waste your money! It’s an expensive, terrible experience.

Lack of communication leads to an absence of resolution.

I DO NOT recommend Hygeine Hero...I contacted their customer service team regarding the unacceptable delay of my order and received a generic response advising patience due to a high volume of orders. Subsequently, I requested the return procedure, as two weeks had already passed, but received no reply. Several days later, the shipping status updated to "delivered" despite my not having received the order. I re-contacted customer service, informing them of the non-receipt and requesting a full refund, and again received the same exact generic response. Given the lack of a communication for an amicable resolution after multiple emails concerning the missing package, I intend to file a claim with the Better Business Bureau and will also share my experience on their Facebook platform.
