You can collect them as I expect a full of $116.95 AUD of what I paid in full not just a patrial refund

Can't speak to whether it works as I never received the products. I paid NZ$88 for 2 jars & they sent it somewhere else. When I queried where my order had gone they claimed I put in some complete stranger's address instead of my own (what??) & refused to refund my payment. Other reviews show a similar trend in excuses to refuse refunds - their customer service is appalling.
I found this site easy to navigate. The product was exactly as advertised. Their prices were exactly as it was on their site. They were easy to get a hold of when I asked questions. I find their product works well, if used as directed. My delivery took awhile, but it was boxed perfectly with no damage. I have no complaints.
AVOID Placed order for neuropathy cream, less than an hour later I cancelled the order after reading reviews (could of also got cheaper/quicker on Amazon) Their website states you can cancel within 6hrs which I did, they never replied to my request until 4 days later, and then said “it’s been dispatched” and that they’re busy (doesn’t mention anywhere that they’re not UK based so when they do actually reply it’s in the middle of the night) Said I could return the product when it eventually arrived (websites also states it can be returned) - yeah right, I’ve been trying since December asking for a return address with no such luck. They’ve even challenged a dispute with my bank when it’s them that hasn’t stuck to what their website states. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE!!!
