I regret not reading all these reviews prior to placing my order. When paying for 3 to 6 day delivery, one expects shipment within that period. No excuses! It's been 10 days, and I can't get any response from customer support regarding my order status or shipping details. I am disputing the charge with my bank. AVOID ORDERING FROM THIS SCAM!

A waste of money

Please do not waste your time or money on this product. The V stick or V serum does nothing; you feel a slight tingle at most, and while it may smell nice, it’s not worth the $40.

Liked the serum, but very little product

I was hesitant to post a review about my experience with the serum, hoping the company would address my quality issue regarding the minimal product in the tube after just 11 days of use. Despite several emails sent since October 12, 2025, only one representative offered a replacement, but since then, I've heard nothing. The serum felt good during application, but the high price for such a small amount of product makes it not worth it. Customer service has been unhelpful.

AVOID - questionable business practices

AVOID - their business practices seem very questionable. They fail to communicate order status, and when they do respond (3 weeks later), it’s a generic message about high order volume. Following up results in more delays, and ultimately, no product is delivered. Each email response takes about 2-3 weeks, leading to wasted time and money. Please don’t become a victim.
