Review Time
I previously purchased 2 golf shirts from Hyperfavor. I gave a rating of 1 star, which I deeply regret and sincerely apologize for doing so. With this Covid and the lock downs, I became frustrated with the arrival time. I have since received my order and was so pleased with the products, I purchased 6 more shirts. Their items are awesome. I bought a shirt and the quality was soo bad. It was a country western shirt. The fabric was paper thin and all thE cool stitching that I thought was on the shirt was just imprinted. It was so cheap. I tried to return it and after them making me jump through multiple hoops they refused to let me return it and refund me. They said the best they could do was to give me 20% off my next order. No way would I ever order from them again! Buyer beware!

I received my shirt and it is gigantic. I thought maybe I could get a different size, but looked at the sizing chart and there is no reasonable size. I asked for a refund over email. No response. I left a bad review on their survey. They finally responded, telling me I would have to pay to ship it to Southeast Asia, even though their website says they have a location in Virginia. They didn't even give me an address, trying to get me to take a 50% refund instead.
This is the worst shopping experience I have ever had in my 72 years. I paid over $100 for three bowling shirts, but two of them were too small, and I needed to return them. I ordered the shirts on January 5, and still have not received any money back or any new shirts, after sending over 5 emails to fix this, but they quit responding My bowling team has been waiting on their shirts for almost a month Our season is almost half over. This company does not give out any customer service phone number, and I can't get them to respond to my emails, so that I can get my shirts. I even left my phone number for them to call me.
