The ALLPOWERS R600 works well when it functions, but my experience with warranty support has been extremely disappointing.
When the unit failed under warranty, ALLPOWERS did not honour the warranty and communication was very poor.
Timeline:
• 12/01/2026: Reported battery issue; seller suggested charging fixes
• 13/01/2026: Fix did not work; followed up
• 14–18/01/2026: Repeatedly requested repair address — no response
Despite multiple follow-ups, the seller never provided a repair address or proper support.
Bottom line:
Decent product, but if it fails, don’t expect warranty help. I would not recommend based on after-sales service.
Im so disappointed- Allpowers trading as Henison-AU on Amazon (have exactly same address on invoice as Allpowers direct) replaced an R2500 less than 6 months after purchase last year becasue USBC outlets stopped functioning. I bought a B1000 expansion battery March 25 - on the basis it expands capacity of R2500 (as per Allpowers AU and USA websites) from Allpowers AU - emailed Allpoer support and service as well as Henison-AU via Amazon Yesterday Henison-AU/Amazon/Allpowers told me B1000 does NOT work with R2500, and they have asked their Alpowers team to update websites/support - yet they still are selling a R2500-B1000 Combo, and offered be a $50 discount. I want a refund for the B1000 as it is virtually useless by itself. Allpowers have stopped responding to emails. I just wish I had tested after I bought B1000, but because I saw multiple youtube reviews of R2500 and B1000 working together, and also owning multiple VTOMAN and VoltX power stations (cycling them to keep batteries in good health). I would have done an Amex chargeback - I may still do this if it is possible as well as contact ACCC. I actually sent all email asking why they produce an Expansion Battery which does NOT work with their power stations - what a joke! Naturally they haven't responded Checkout ALLPOWERS AU website! Still on sale!Also if you post anything on their Facebook pages Worldwide, they remove it is it is true and honest and event slightly negative
After experiencing unexpected and random power cuts on my new R600 station, even though it indicated that the battery was still at 30% charge, sometimes 40%, I contacted customer support by email (it was not possible to call them directly) and they asked me to film the fault to see how the battery was working. I replied that it was impossible to film this kind of random failure, which could happen at any time (unless I filmed it 24 hours a day). Second reply: exactly the same. It was like talking to a chatbot. I tried a third explanation: same reply. Conclusion: avoid Allpowers, go for Renogy or Bluetti instead, who have good customer service (I also bought stations from them). So now I'm stuck with this R600 station, which is under warranty but unreliable and can shut down at any time. A big financial loss and a waste of time. Avoid at all costs!
I bought a AP-SS-007-UK power station 18 months ago when the reviews were a lot better, so when I had an issue with the solar charging I was worried if it would get sorted.I saw most of the issues with negative feedback were customer service related but I can assure you I had nothing but good to report.Contact was swift and emails replied to, I was asked to send an image of the issue, and a brief explanation, which I did.They told me that a replacement would be sent out as soon as they received the faulty one. It was and a new one was received 6 days after the initial coms......great work Allpowers
Terrible experience, I bought the S200 kit + 60W solar panels, they only sent me the panels without letting me know that the S200 model was out of stock. After I contacted them, they recommended adding €60 for the R600 model. I ordered it, but it arrived and it wasn't compatible with the panels I had previously purchased. Terrible customer service. Bougth an R600 power station in March 2025, which came defective, returned it to AllPowers a few days after its delivery for substitution. A month and a half later (mid-May), I'm still with no power station, no reimbursement and no answer from their Client Service.
DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.After purchasing and receiving the Allpower R4000 unit. In just under 30 days in the unit failed (could smell burning). It’s not even been used much! I Emailed Allpower (that’s the only way you can contact them) and Allpower agreed to collect the unit and replace it. That was over a Month ago. They are now not even replying to my emails (I email everyday). I feel like my £1300 has gone up in smoke. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED
I have a R4000 power station that had issues charging from solar. I contacted support and was directed and forwarded to the Amazon support email and was asked if I could provide a video showing the problem.Afterwards, a return was promptly arranged.Assistance with previous questions was also provided accurately and quickly.Moreover, I have 2 sets of the 400W portable solar panels which have worked without issue for over a year notwithstanding the battery noted above.
I wrote a review about ALLPOWERS on the 11 September 2024. I purchased an ALLPOWERS unit on the 21st November 2022, with a 2 year warranty. On its second outing in August 2024 the unit failed. I contacted ALLPOWERS they asked me who supplied the unit. I told them i purchased it brand new from Ebay. They told me to find out who supplied Ebay with the item. Ebay told me ALLPOWERS supplied the unit. I passed the information on to ALLPOWERS,I have not heard from them since. When i purchased the unit, it stated in the advertisement that the unit has a 2 year warranty. When i looked up their warrant after the unit failed, i found that you only receive a limited warranty, which is not what was advertised when purchasing the unit. the warrant has know lapsed, i payed over £1100 for the unit which is now only fit for a door stop. So be careful when thinking about purchasing a unit from ALLPOWERS.
