Avoid this service - subscription scam!

I strongly advise against using this service. They trick you into a monthly subscription of £39 that is non-refundable. I intended to use the service for printing a passport photo, completely unaware of the subscription until it was deducted from my account. I went through the process again and found the details buried in small print at the bottom of the page, with no option to opt out. Customer service informed me that they would not issue a refund for the monthly fee. I am now disputing the charge with my bank. There are many more reliable and affordable options for passport photos online. Steer clear of this one.

This is a scam!!!!!

This is a scam! They make you pay 2.90 for a photo and then they add you to a subscription which is 39.99 euro a month!!!! I just saw they took the money off my credit card!!! Unbelievable!!! And on top of everything, the photo i paid 2.90 euro i couldnt even use it because their website didnt work and i was unable to download the photo!!! And what the hell is this subscription??? 49 eruo a konth for what???? Scammers! I sent an email to be refunded, if they wont refund me then ill go to the police

Completely fraudulent — avoid at all costs.

Any rational person would assume they are paying £2.90 for a single passport photo — after all, who needs a monthly subscription for something you only change once every 10 years? This company is completely fraudulent, hiding in the small print that they will charge you £39.90 per month.Save yourself the time — you can convert images for free on your iPhone or use another service. Whatever you do not give them your card information! Do not trust them. This is a very shady operation.They refused to refund me so I’m reporting them through my credit card company, if you have been scammed by these guys I suggest initiating a charge back through your credit card and you can get your money back as what they’re doing is dishonest advertising and they know it! Scumbags.
