Netduma or Duma OS - A Disappointment

Netduma or Duma OS should really consider a name change to reflect their performance. I regret choosing anything associated with them after experiencing numerous issues with their updates, which have rendered many routers unusable. This has been a costly mistake for many users.

Frustrating Upgrade Experience

After dealing with the issues of the XR500, I thought upgrading to the R3 would help, but it’s just more of the same. Problems persist, whether software or hardware related. Although the support team is helpful, the router isn't stable. A free upgrade to the R4 should be offered if it becomes available, as constant resets are frustrating.

R3 Review After One Year
