Do not use ID mobile,i was with them…

Do not use ID mobile,i was with them for 2 years and i had 3 month left to run on the contract.Due to it being almost impossible to speak to a customer service i chose to leave and requested a pak code so in effect the last 3 months of agreed contract i was paying them early which was a final bill of £132..but they charged me £197 for cancelling despite me paying everything i owe.Bad service no reps and didnt once report my payments to credit file so doesnt even improve your credit

Calls dropping so many times

Calls dropping so many times. Dim rrplaced twice. Currys not helpful I wanted to change to Vidaphone. Bought new phone just over a month ago they will not do I am very upset
