Do not use ID mobile,i was with them for 2 years and i had 3 month left to run on the contract.Due to it being almost impossible to speak to a customer service i chose to leave and requested a pak code so in effect the last 3 months of agreed contract i was paying them early which was a final bill of £132..but they charged me £197 for cancelling despite me paying everything i owe.Bad service no reps and didnt once report my payments to credit file so doesnt even improve your credit
EDITI have just adjusted my score as the social media team have managed to get my account activated and ESIM sent across swiftly. Thank you Please sort out your live chat though as it is so long winded and frustrating when it was a simple request. I spent so much time dealing this.……………………………………………First day with ID mobile and already I am regretting my decision.I ordered a phone and the ESim did not arrive. How I am expected to use a handset without a sim I don’t know? I received thr same answer from each customer service representative- check my spam folder. Do they not think I had already tried that.The online chat is not only time consuming but frustrating. I have eventually been informed my account has not been set up due to a technical error and they will have to escalate it.Really not impressed with my first experience with this network!
