Worst company ever!
I had to fill an electronic budget form to send out to a company. That alone it was a long work.
As it was a new program for me, it took me about six hours to gather the figures altogether and enter them into the system. Unfortunately, finished the job, I had the bad idea to double check all the figures before submitting them to the company.
It took me more than 8 hrs to do so.
System failure, data deleted which I needed to enter again, an average of 15 minutes loading waiting time every time I clicked in the "Continue" tab. A job which was meant to be easy and quick, 30 minutes at most, it took me from 3.30pm until 11.30pm.
I do not recommend this platform to anyone.
When you think that it is a quick and easy job, it might take you an entire knight.

IE HUB - Debt Collectors' Best Friend for Sure

I was referred to this business (YES BUSINESS) via my water company because I am struggling with the water bill.All in all, as I read the questions during the assessment, I realised that it was NOT a genuine support system for people struggling to pay bills and/or requiring financial support. I read the scope and business objectives and found that it is in fact a credit collection analysis tool.They are used by not only debt collectors but during the processing of Civil Court actions too.If you are under pressure to pay bills etc and feel as though you are drowning in debt, I can suggest that you contact a registered charity providing full, genuine, impartial guidance and support. DO NOT provide this or any other so-called financial support business with direct access to your bank account!!!Good Luck...
