Had an accident that was not my fault was shunted off the road and unfortunately this insurance company was not very communitive and tried to pass their lack to other companies involved. Left out of pocket and without a car. No doubt because of this my insurance will go up next year!

Terrible experience, avoid this insurance at all costs.

I had a dreadful experience with this insurance. They canceled my policy without notifying me via email or letter. I ended up getting pulled over by the police, receiving 6 points, a £350 fine, and my car was impounded. To make matters worse, my passengers had to walk in freezing temperatures. The company and their agents are dishonest. Steer clear of this service and consider paying a bit more elsewhere to avoid such humiliation.
