It is embarrassing! I have never ever heard of an embassy this incompetent, First the website gives you nothing. Over the phone is even worst because they solve nothing and they send you back to their website which I mentioned earlier is BAD! Trying to renew something? Just buy a ticket to Spain and get it done over there. It will be quicker. I cannot express how much of a POOR work this people does and to have to rely on them for this sort of important things is absurd and ridiculous! No links on their site to take you to the renew portal for your documents. They are just there to tell you what you need to bring and that is about it. SHAME!
If anyone can help me, please do. I am from Pakistan and I applied for a Spain work permit.I submitted my passport at BLS Spain Islamabad, but I haven’t received any reply yet.They don’t answer calls, and they don’t reply to emails either.Please, thousands and even millions of people are very worried about this with this same issue We request you to please help us.
With a trip booked for 4 September, I contacted Jerry around 28 July to help secure a Schengen visa appointment. They required payment upfront via PayPal. After exploring a few options it turns out the option I went with was actually cheaper, and I was immediately refunded the difference. I got an appointment in a couple of days - Jerry and team were helpful if guiding me through the application process and even checked my documents in advance. I was escorted through the appointment by Mr Fazi, who was very familiar with the process. Everything went smoothly at the application centre. The embassy did take a little long to process my application and during this time Jerry and his team were responsive and helped where they could. My visa eventually came 3 days before my trip and I even got a multi entry 5 month visa. Excellent service!!!! Highly recommend this team. I will definitely use them again if I run into issues getting a visa appointment
