The quality is absolutely horrible me and a friend both experienced the same issues with the leds strips breaking they will have you ship them to be fixed mine came back months later with a led strip still not working correctly they offered to have me ship them out again but I elected to just use my money wisely and purchase a better product from a more reliable company
I’ve used Ignis pixel poi for close to 6 years now and they have always worked perfect , after 3 years 1 year out of warranty I cracked the case , sent them back for a paid repair and they replaced them with new ones completely free , i then upgraded to 80 longs that I love and recently needed repair due to an accident (my fault) they fixed them for the cost of postage only , can’t recommend them enough.
I ordered these poi (bubble deluxe) for my partner and they are incredible. First of all, I had trouble with payment since it was an international transaction and Nick walked me through that process. Then, bc they were for a birthday, he ensured that they shipped from abroad in time. idk how on earth he made this happen but it was under a week for them to arrive. unheard of, above and beyond. the product itself is out of this world. I have so much fun programming pics for him to spin, him and his friends love flow arts and everyone can agree they are the best poi they have ever used. 10/10, 5 stars, resounding yes! Thank you for the hula hoops. they are amazing play.🥰 Light in weight despite the technology. The advice is super good and friendly. There is an answer to every question and already a solution. Simply fantastic I felt in Love with my new Hoops. 😁
I have the pixel buugeng from them and I’ve had them for months so far and I am in love with them!! I love the shapes and the leds and the material is durable and sturdy!! However I added some self fuse silicone tape where the prop connects since I am a beginner and didn’t want to damage these from dropping them and learning new moves and they’re holding up well!!! Also the program is smooth and the software is very straightforward and easy to to use and the fact that you can upload your own images to this is such a game changer for flow artists!! I highly recommend these!!!
Have been using my ignis 200 HDs for a couple of months. So far only positive emotions and a lot of pleasure. Visual side is phenomenal. Tried to upload people faces into the poi, and those people were much surprised to see themselves rotating in the air, ha-ha. Now developing my own show program. Thanks Ignis, keep it up!
The pro staff is a very bad manufacturing, do not buy it, defective, they will have to pay 30 euros to receive it at home, then another 30 to return it, then another 30 to receive it again, and if they ask for a refund, in my case they returned 200 euros less. A deceitful and scamming company makes the products very bad. and the poi 200hd are very heavy to use and are unstable due to the weight on the handle and not on the endHe's not trustworthy.
