I echo the sentiments of other reviewers; this is not a trustworthy service, so please be cautious. I ordered headphones and received a cheap imitation that does not match the advertised product or price. There was no paperwork included with the late package, complicating the return and refund process. They quickly offered discounts instead of addressing my refund request. They have now stopped responding. Avoid this service as it seems very shady and likely a scam.
We purchased an air purifier which is little more than a basic fan/heater when tested. I was initially offered some money back when I enquired about returning the item. This offer was then rescinded and I have been left with a product which is simply not fit for purpose and not as described.
I bought what was advertised as two blood glucose monitors, for a total of AU$133. Instead I received two monitors that test oxygen content (which did not work) and heart rate. I did not need this and don’t want it, and I am trying to get the company(bloodvitals) to refund my money.Unless they refund my money, I would advise people not to purchase any of their products. I see that there are many other reviews saying the same as what I am saying.
I brought what was supposed to be blood glucose meters x2and got blood oxygen sensors instead.i want a refund.false advertising.I asked for a full refund and at first they offered 20%back but I said no and they reimbursed the whole amount within 5days.
I ordered a blood sugar/pressure monitor and had an error on the webpage which said to try again. I did so and had two payments made by paypal. When received one package but it is not a blood sugar monitor but just an oxygen monitor. I want refund of 2 x $81.90 please.Kevin Tait - Order #PRE1443559-1
They advertise the product as a blood sugar ( never prick your finger again ) when it arrives it is a cheapOximeter. This is false advertising and in my opiniontheft of peoples money, wants looking into it is criminal. I want a refund.
They sent me a cheap chinese version of a bone conduction headset. When I asked to be sent what I ordered, they offered me a 20% discount, which I rejected. Then they offered a 30% discount, which I rejected. Even at that price, it would have been double what the cheap headset was worth. After the second rejection amd asking to be sent what I ordered, they refunded my purchase price instantly, but I am still out of pocket AUD$17 for shipping, with this crap, useless headset. Clearly a scam site, hoping some people won't notice, or will accept the discount.
This company is a sham. We ordered an aerial booster from Label Products B.V. The item sent does not work at all. The only means of contacting the seller is by the email address which they give as 'support @ ihealthproc.co'. So far, they have had 6 weeks, since the 11th August 2025, but have failed to respond to any emails. Meaning there is no effective way to complain or raise an issue with this dodgy company. There is a bonafide company called "Labels Products BV (note the lack of a dot between the B and the V). It seems that Label Products B.V are riding on the back of there good reputation.
Company trades as osseowave and Label Product B.V.. Impossible to get a hold of, ignore order cancels, practises false advertising and deceptive pricing. They are deeply entangled with consumerexpertsaustralia.comThis is a criminal company.Credit card investigation undergoing with bank.To no one's surprise, they reply to your review asking you to contact them in the same dead end email that you have already contacted a million times before.
