I would recommend Illuminate Skin Clinic without any hesitation. It’s in a great location with plenty of parking. I felt cared for from the moment I was greeted in reception. The clinic itself is spacious, and beautifully presented. I was seen by Lucy for a laser treatment and she couldn’t have been more knowledgeable & reassuring. She advised me of her experience, recommended a treatment option for my condition & spent time explaining both the treatment & expected outcome. She did a patch test and I returned several days later for the full treatment. Lucy’s enthusiasm for her profession shone through, I never felt rushed, and was confident I was in good hands. I was told it would take 3-4 weeks for the results to be fully evident but I am already very happy with the outcome.
When it comes to my face, I want to be in the hands of someone highly skilled — no ifs, no buts. Dr. Sophie Shotter is simply the best. She’s incredibly professional, talented, and always puts me at ease.I always feel so welcome at Illuminate Skin Clinic, and the ladies at reception are absolutely fabulous.Kudos as well to Nurse Ashley, who is super professional and always lovely. Her friendly manner and professionalism makes the whole experience start on a positive note.Ashley, who provides my skin treatments, is equally wonderful. She is attentive, knowledgeable, and always takes the time to make sure I am comfortable and happy with every step of my treatment. Both Melissa and Ashley truly go above and beyond to make me feel valued and cared for. I can't thank them enough for their consistent kindness and the excellent service they provide.
