I had been using this service for 4 years now. Recently, they have become SUCH a scam and poor service. The first incident was when they didn’t tell me any eta - just left the weed in an open back in the middle of my entrance. I live in a safe building, safe area, with things not being stolen. This time, my OUNCE was taken and they claimed no responsibility. I told them to an extent sure, but you never gave me an eta or a heads up (which they normally do, I even sent them years of screenshots of this interaction) and if they would have at LEAST given an eta I could keep an eye out. Nothing, they didn’t care. Stupidly I decided to trust them again. Last time, I had the DRYEST, crunchiest, ditch weed. My absolute final straw was last night - placed an order and just never got it, never heard back after they sent the eta, I texted asking and they just ignored me. This company has also been looked into by the cops TWICE, so save the hassle, save the possibility of getting decent weed. Go to someone or somewhere better. It’s not worth it and again, had been a LOYAL customer for 4 years but recently, their customer service is gross and the way they handle business is totally unprofessional.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Not only did they take 7 hours to get to here, even though the time was 40/120 mins. they were completely rude. They do not answer text messages or phone calls they will leave you on read for hours. you call and they answer and hang up after being hung up on multiple times they laughed and hung up again. They only answered the text after hanging up on me multiple times. Very unprofessional and crazy wait times for weed that’s not even very good. No free item for the wait either. Do not waste your time or money with this company
Of all the places to order online in my city, this one has the best quality and they are always friendly. Bud is never super dried out, sometimes I have to let it dry :) but that's okay. Been ordering for a couple of years now, great customer service! I much prefer them to dispensaries.
Crappy service. They always deliver you less quantities than wat you ordered. No name tags so basically u dont know wat yr smoking. Not professional too ..they deliver you the weed in a cartoon bag and leave it open for everybody in yr building to see. Basically avoid dealing with them
