I Love Smoke has a confusing two-tier paying system, unlike most of the other online dispensaries. This company scam with a bait and switch. I Love Smoke hustles $99 annual memberships; offering members the same discounts as other online dispensaries that does not charge an annual fee. i.e. Herb Approach, Green Society, Pacific, Bulk buddy etc. Be a wise shopper.
Had a horrible experience with this place both customer service wise and product wise. I ordered a cart & when I received it the mouthpiece of the cart was not sealed correctly which led to the mouthpiece popping off & being unsmokable. I requested a replacement or a refund, given that it had been less than 24 hours since my order. First I was told that it was too late to have anything done because 24 hours had already passed which was entirely untrue and I’ve got the screenshots to prove it. After requesting to speak to the manager I then received a replacement (which they charged me $5 for) & the replacement has the exact same issue. The mouthpiece is not sealed correctly to the top of the oil area. I will not be ordering from here again and I hope you don’t order from here either because your money will simply be wasted.
