Very dissatisfied with the order process

I placed an order on 12/08/25, and by 12/19/25, I had received no updates about my order. I tried contacting the support team, but my calls went unanswered. Multiple emails also did not receive a response. When I checked my account, it indicated that I hadn't placed any orders, yet the company charged my credit card promptly.

No response from the company - are they still operating?

I placed an order on 12/08/25. As of 12/19/25, I have not received any information about my order. I tried calling the support team, but it was futile. Numerous emails also went unanswered. When I logged into my account, it stated "you haven't placed any orders yet" under Order History. However, the company was quick to charge my credit card.

Positive experiences with the service

I have been working with this service for many years and have always had good results. I recently made an error on an order (ordered 00 mg instead of 18 mg) and quickly sent an email to correct it. The next day, I received an email saying it had already shipped, but they offered to let me return it, correct the order, and resend it at no extra shipping cost. This was not their mistake, yet they took care of it. Competing in a tough market and complying with strict regulations, they still deliver the best products I've had. I think they are doing well for their customers.

Not suitable for individuals with disabilities. Tried for years.

They do not return calls when emailed. It took me a long time to type this with one finger due to my condition. I guess this service isn't accommodating for those with disabilities, so I will cancel.

Zero stars would be too generous...

I would give zero stars if possible. The customer service is terrible—if you can get in touch with anyone! They do not stand behind their products. Overall, a dreadful experience. I do not recommend!

Terrible customer service

Horrible customer service. I cannot reach them via email, phone, or chat, and even contacting another service did not help. They sent me two defective batteries and have not responded to my requests for credit or replacements, which I am now buying again for $54. No matter how good their product is, poor customer care reflects badly on it.

Subpar quality at inflated prices

They keep raising prices on everything. When I ordered my kit, it was $35, and now it's $100. The replacement pods have also increased from $5 to $10. This is for a product that leaks half your liquid after just a few uses! While I understand inflation, suddenly doubling prices is unacceptable.
