Worst experience with a business I've ever had!!!! Ordered and paid for same delivery, reached out multiple times for information only to be ignored and then Informed ill have to wait until the 24th which is over a week away. Last time it was almost 2 weeks but I was assured that the issues would be fixed.
This morning I cancelled my order and repeatedly tried to get my money refunded but was told 6 hours later that I wouldnt get my package or my money back. I wouldn't have even used them but I had store credit from the last time and they wont refund my money.
Abysmal customer service, insane delays and a complete dumpster fire masquerading as a business. No accountability, responsibility, or integrity and you want people to be able to trust the thc products you sell?!

I ordered and paid for same-day delivery, but after multiple attempts to get updates, I was ignored and then told I would have to wait until the 24th, which is more than a week away. Previously, it took almost two weeks, but I was promised that the issues would be resolved. This morning, I canceled my order and tried to get my money back, but after six hours, I was informed that I wouldn't receive my package or a refund. I only used them because I had store credit from a prior experience, and they won't refund my money. The customer service is abysmal, the delays are outrageous, and the whole operation is a disaster. There's no accountability or integrity, and how can they expect people to trust the products they sell?
Before placing my order, I contacted the customer service line. A representative assured me that my order would be delivered the next day, as their same-day service was overwhelmed. I was okay with that. They took my payment immediately. Fast forward to today: I called repeatedly, left voicemails, and sent messages through their chat, but I couldn't reach anyone. Eventually, they called back to say my order was shipped via standard shipping. I live in an area where they offer same-day service, and I have never opted for standard shipping. Their service is terrible! They provide no assistance for their mistake. There are many other places to order from; stay far away from this unreliable operation.
I had a great experience! I recently started ordering online, and they have fantastic options. I've purchased multiple times and everything has been satisfactory. The customer service has been excellent, and I really enjoy their products. I've been a fan for a few months and look forward to more live resin options, as I feel they could expand in that area. Overall, it's affordable and trustworthy.
After four weeks, I still haven't received my order. The tracking shows no movement, and customer service claims it's the shipping provider's fault, saying 'it's on the way.' They provided a refund code that can only be used on another order, so I won't get any real money back. I'm very doubtful the product will ever arrive. I don't understand why they won't simply reship the order or issue a refund like any legitimate service would. Their customer service takes days to respond and offers no real help.
I placed an order that promised 2-4 days delivery in my region. I paid in full, but three days later, the order was still stuck in processing. This service is a scam; they take your money and ignore all messages, emails, or calls. DO NOT SHOP HERE!
