These services are ineffective. Avoid them if you don't want to waste time and money. I waited three weeks for company formation. When I requested a refund due to delays, I received an email stating they needed to keep money for their efforts? After three weeks of nothing, I felt robbed. Please steer clear of this service. They have been dishonest, and we have proof of all documents sent, as many others have complained. Check other review platforms to see similar issues. No responses to emails, no communication, and then they take your money claiming to have done work. Absolutely ridiculous.
Unsatisfactory service. Responses to emails took too long. All communication was through email with no phone calls. Unpleasant staff. Not professional; we are delayed on VAT, and despite sending all documents promptly, I now have to find a new accountant because this service did not manage the VAT.
I cannot recommend this accounting service. Communication is nearly nonexistent—emails go unanswered for weeks. Our VAT returns were consistently late, risking penalties. Additionally, the software they use is unreliable and error-prone, which led to unverified submissions. Overall, very poor service.
