Review Time
Well, the first disappointment was the wait time. It was 3x longer than what they promised, with every communication came another lie and a new date. The biggest disappointment is when I received it. I have been doing tech for over 40 years, saw it on youtube with all the great reviews. Its all fake, this thing is not a shark, its a minnow... It does nothing special, battery life is horrible. I built a pawnagotchi about a year ago for half the price, actually does what it suppose to and so much more. Anyway, too much bad to list on this thing... Save your money, if you already ordered , I would get a refund. The company will respond with an apology to this review, its garbage.. if it were great, i would be on here telling you so.
So has ANYONE actually received their device(s) from the pre-orders besides the people advertising the devices in videos? I'm just curious because the only positive reviews I see are from people who quite literally just ordered their device. I mean, I might change my tune if I actually came across at least one person leave a review from a person with device in hand, but as of right now I can't find a single one... anywhere. I ordered mine in August and like all of the others all I get are excuses. There are never any updates sent out the only time I do get one is when I email them asking what's up, and it's always the same thing: "Sorry for the delay, but we finally finished sending out our last batches for our backers. So we are now starting to send out the pre-orders by this month." I've heard this same thing like 8 times, and now I'm starting to lose faith. It just gets upsetting when I see like 5 to 6 other devices that have come out AFTER this, yet I can order them right then and there and recieve it within the same week. Meanwhile, I've paid full price for this thing and can't even receive an update much less a legit answer on why I haven't they haven't even been shipped yet.

I emailed them and got a confirmation of my email being received in a couple minutes. I got a reply to my email shortly after. So far the customer service is excellent. If this is any indication on how the company runs, they are going to be around for a long time. Please don't change a thing.1
they keep pushing the shipping out farther and farther and farther. no real proof of anything except some pictures of some boxes on a cart. I understand its a startup but they treat the website preorders like they're nobodys. i gave them 2 stars because they actually do communicate when asked a question its just always the same answer, more delays.

Out of all the companies out there that sell & create wireless pentesting devices, this is the only one that has gone out of their way to be consumer&budget friendly. I pre-ordered & am still waiting for my BLEshark nano, but I can tell just by how much heart these guys put into their product that it's gonna be well worth the wait.
Recently went to purchase the nano I paid the full price as advertised with my debit card shortly after the transaction was completed you tried to charge me again on my credit card without my notification authorization you've been flagged card has been blocked I would like a full refund I no longer wish to interact with you out of fear that you're a reputation sorted full refund please I'm not sending you any more money I pay the advertised price and that's the end of it
