I give one star because the order was delivered on time, the product appears to be of good quality, and customer support, though just an email, was fairly prompt in answering my questions. The first response suggested I consider gifting my item due to high shipping costs. After insisting on a return cost estimate, they provided a lengthy address from China, advising me to check with my local post office for shipping costs. WARNING: As a customer from the USA, I would not recommend ordering from this site due to the risky return process; if you need to return an item, you'll have to send it to an obscure address in China, and even if you do, you may never know if the package is returned. I regret not researching the return policy beforehand; I hope this review helps others.

Purchased an expensive sweater for my son. The sizing was off and I inquired with customer service to make a return. I was told by the customer service agent that the shipping fee back to China is too expensive and to instead give the sweater away as a gift! I will never order from them again. It was waste of money.
