Terrible experience, avoid. It is a month down the line and I still don't have a hoody or my money back. They told me to contact the courier as they hadn't delivered and then the courier (after 3 chatbot experiences) told me to contact the seller - sent round and round with still no resolution. One person only in their Customer Services 'team' which is an absolute joke. Now trying to deal with them in China which is impossible and no resolution yet.
