I waited FOUR MONTHS for these clothes. By the time they finally arrived, I had completely forgotten I even placed the order, and life had moved on. But fine, I washed them once. That’s when everything changed. The washing machine didn’t just malfunction.
It EXPLODED.
I mean a total breakdown. The pants disintegrated, the machine shook violently as if it were possessed, alarms blared (from who knows where), and suddenly my laundry room turned into a war zone. Somehow—defying all logic—mess went everywhere. I can’t explain how, and I don’t want to know. But there it was. On the floor. On the walls. Emotional trauma included. The washer is dead. Completely gone. Reduced to a shell of its former self. The pants? Vaporized. Not torn. Not damaged. Simply erased. I waited four months for clothing and ended up with a traumatic experience instead. This wasn’t fashion; it felt like an attack on my appliances. Avoid this site unless you want to ruin your washing machine and dread happiness. One star because zero isn’t an option.

This experience has been terrible. After a month, I found the package at my door, but the packaging was damaged and poorly taped, unlike the influencer reviews which showed neat packaging. When I picked it up, it was incredibly light. Upon opening, I discovered it was an empty box for a random desktop heater, just filled with bubble wrap. Why am I the only one who got scammed like this? I still have a pair of pants on the way after my hoodie turned into an empty box. I will never buy from this site again. They may have great products, but paying for an empty box is unacceptable. I just hope my pants arrive.

I placed my order on Oct 25 and have emailed twice with no updates. I see no evidence that my products have shipped. I will update my review if I receive a response and my order. Update: I received a response stating the pants will take 7-10 days to produce after waiting almost a month. Here's hoping. I will update when the items arrive.
I ordered a hoodie from the online shop three months ago and paid with my credit card. The item still hasn't arrived — apparently lost between locations. The company refuses to refund my card and expects me to track down the package. This is completely unacceptable! I've also informed them that I can't call their premium-rate number, but they ignored that. This is not how customer service should operate. I strongly advise against ordering from this company.
