Problem is you go in the website and they will present you things in a way that makes you feel that the report is available. And then they take money to give you the report. But once they search and see there is no record they dont return the money and say we could not find your record and we took your money to look for the record. Now I understand its only 50m dollars and in my case it was the sewer service diagram. But the issue is they do not say this clearly in their website. This just feels like a scam website. Probably is not scam. But the whole design is very deceiving. they need to say this before they charge the money. They will say "oh you did not read the fine print in the T&Cs". Well, no one does. So they should just be CLEAR and upfront
