OMG I love Angie and Carol ( past contractor). Angie was so thorough and accommodating. Especially when I had to leave to go to a doctor’s appointment. She did a beautiful job and was really efficient. I am really happy with her work and hope I can book her in for a regular clean when I return from OS in about 5 weeks. Melbourne Maids has always been amazing and I used their services well before COVID but then had to reduce my use of their services due to COVID. They are a brilliant business with great communication, well trained contractors (who I trust and feel so comfortable with. To the point one of them became a close friend. Especially after the thoughtful and kind service she gave me after my husband died) and ease of booking. I can’t recommend this business highly enough. They are Melbourne’s finest cleaners with a heart, soul and values that can’t be beaten. I know that sounds a little over the top but when you need help and are struggling, they are one of the most thoughtful, attentive and professional services I have ever had the pleasure of utilising.
Yolimar was excellent. She was punctual and her cleaning was thorough in all areas I asked for. My oven looks brand new, I’ve never been able to get it as clean as she has. I will use her again. Highly recommend. The booking process with IMM was also very easy and seamless. What a great service!
