This was our second time using Matthew James to move our things between the UK and France. Communication was excellent, from the initial enquiry to the collection of furniture in France last week. We await the details of when the furniture will be delivered to our home in the UK. The 2 men who came to collect the furniture in France were courteous and professional, they took care with wrapping the furniture. There was snow on the ground and they had to carry a heavy sofa about 150 metres, down a slope to where the truck had to be parked. They worked hard to complete the collection in an afternoon. I am very pleased with the service so far would recommend this company.
We could not praise Matthew James high enough for the respectfulness, politeness and the way they work so hard. Phil and Stuart were two of the nicest men I think we’ve met, always having a laugh, certainly makes the job a lot easier. We can only give them 5 stars but really they deserve ten.
