AVOID Web sight looks amazing so ordered the insulated lunch box £35 . When it came FROM CHINA it’s made from cheep crap. I did try to cancel the order the day after I ordered it but no response from seller. I think about 4 emails later and still no response. The phone line does not work either so alarm bells are ringing now. I sent a email requesting the item to be sent back to which they DID reply and said a returns label would be with me in 72 hours. A week later no returns label. Emailed again and they have just given me a FULL refund . BUT MY ADVICE DONT WAIST YOUR TIME OR MONEY .
This is total sham of a company! I paid over £40.00 for two small insulated lunch boxes. Weeks later they arrived - nothing like as advertised. A plastic, almost toy-like item. It was obvious when I opened them , that there was no way they would be keeping anything warm! We put it to the test. Because the lid is not insulated AT ALL the heat immediately began to escape via the flimsy plastic lid, even though it was sealed and closed. Of course the food went cold (and sloppy from condensation) in no time. It also states that it is an 'English Brand' which it isn't as it came from China! Can't believe I was duped by a very good quality website and reviews, without checking here first!
Item was in stock but took over 16 days to arriveMisleading info this is NOT a British company the items come from ChinaItem arrived and not as described, instead of stainless steel it was plastic with a metal insert, dimensions incorrect, didn't keep food warm as assured on the chat.Asked to return had to wait three days for a return label as yet to receive reimbursement. Do not engage with this company
Avoid at all cost. The quality of the goods is appalling relative to the price. My order took 3 weeks to arrive in varying states, all looked like they’d been sent by an eBay seller only worse condition. Having returned my order I still await a refund 2 weeks later. Utterly abysmal company.
