I had a very frustrating experience with the aftersales team regarding the collection of a unit. I had negotiated a reduced collection fee, but the driver was intimidating and unhelpful. Despite reporting this to the aftersales team, the same driver was sent multiple times and refused to collect the unit. I even reached out to the showroom out of distress due to the poor service. After posting a review to share my experience, I was contacted multiple times by the escalation team asking me to remove it in exchange for waiving the collection fee. This felt unethical and uncomfortable. I recommend checking other negative reviews for similar concerns about the service.
