I found it very difficult to cancel my short subscription. The automated system kept asking me to confirm my zip code, but refused to accept my correct zip code when entered. It took many attempts to finally reach a human, who finally and politely cancelled my subscription.
I just tried to use intellius, I filled out all the questions and wait for it to load. It's supposed to be free well after waiting for it to load, it ask for your credit card information. Why would you need my credit card information if your supposed to be free. That's false advertisement
I paid for the service simply to find a birthdate of a particular person. I was provided everything except that. Complete waste of an hour of my time waiting for information to load, then sorting through it, only to see I got everything except what I was looking for.
