What started off as a great experience turned into a bit of a nightmare.
The call taking can be sporadic and despite giving them a framework to follow, they just end up doing it their way, causing me to having to call the customer back - which defeats the whole purpose of having a call handling service.
They were supposed to handle calls and bookings whilst I was on holiday, they cocked up most of it and charged over a grand to do so.
I am unsure how my details were obtained, but I am constantly receiving spam emails—often multiple at once. It appears I am listed more than once, including for a company that has been closed for nearly a decade. This suggests that whoever is handling the data is not maintaining it properly. This situation reflects poorly on the service. Relying on unsolicited spam to engage potential customers is concerning. While there are unsubscribe links, it’s important to be cautious, as phishing sites often employ similar tactics.

I urge you to avoid this service! They have inundated me with calls and emails that I never consented to. Despite my requests to stop, the spam persists. It seems they disregard GDPR and basic customer respect. If privacy is important to you, be wary—their marketing tactics are intrusive.
