What started off as a great experience turned into a bit of a nightmare.

The call taking can be sporadic and despite giving them a framework to follow, they just end up doing it their way, causing me to having to call the customer back - which defeats the whole purpose of having a call handling service.

They were supposed to handle calls and bookings whilst I was on holiday, they cocked up most of it and charged over a grand to do so.

While there are unsubscribe links, it’s important to be cautious, as phishing sites often employ similar tactics.
