I was never able to open the report in spite of the fact that I called and talked with agent. The initial call was disconnected. The 2nd call, I was told there was something going on with the program and to try again in 1/2 hr which I did, but still no report. I tried several times after that and was never able to open the report.
This website is a lie from the very beginning. When you start looking for specific information, it makes it seem like the site is searching for it, showing a loading illusion again and again, until finally, they convince you to pay to access the desired information. When you decide to pay, you realize you’ve been deceived because there are no actual results. You try again to search for the information, and after a few seconds, the expected response appears: “Sorry, there is no related information, this is unusual.” They are true masters of deception.
The "free" is accurate for ONLY putting the phone number in the search box. The RESULTS are NOT free. So Intelius uses a misleading hook to snag the customer, then charges for any and all information found. So, in my view, this company is totally bogus.SEARCHER BEWARE!
