I listed all of one person's emails and phone number and got only his old addresses and arrest record. That wasn't even what I needed. The information I needed kept showing not available. When I contacted customer service they couldn't even tell me why that info wasn't showing. I waisted my money on this
I was charged full price out of nowhere. I had cancelled jmh account back in June/July. I haven’t had any charges since. So when the $25+ charge appeared on my account I disputed it. But! In that same timeframe I got an email offering all the perks for $11. I accepted that offer. So now I do not have 1 active account roday. I also received an email from my bank that they have closed the dispute because they see the $25+ charge as valid. No fun. -abby
