This is the worst company in earth to send money to you love ones out of the country. I try to send money to my brother in Mexico because my dad was having surgery. It took them five days to approve it and they still didn’t got approved so my dad pass away. I will never send money again to this company is the worst I do not recommend it for anybody.
Its very quick and convenient. You have to be careful and make sure the information is right due to if there is an error you're probably not going to get that money back or get it fixed/corrected. I did a test with a small dollar amount, well my dumb one had the bank incorrectly, since I realized it after the 30 min that they allow to easily cancel that money is long gone. I tried contacting customer service multiple times, they were very nice but they kept trying to send me to the "store" where I did the transaction even after I said I did it online by myself no store involved. I called multiple times and they seemed to understand & said they'd get back to me but never did. And my grandmother tried to go and get the money at the bank that I did it by accident and the one that was supposed to go to but no luck. Besides that! I love the app. Very quick and convenient and cheaper than going to an actual store. Just alway do a test transaction when its your very first transaction with a small dollar amount or be very certain the information is correct to where the money is being sent to.
