This has been an absolute nightmare! Arriving at 1 AM in sub-zero temperatures, we received the wrong keys in the area! We desperately need to be contacted! This has been a complete disaster! We arrived at 1 AM in freezing temperatures and were given the wrong keys in the area. We’ve been trying to urgently reach the support team, calling multiple numbers including emergency lines, but no one is responding! It’s now 3:38 AM and we’re still left waiting!
I was notified that my initial booking was no longer available. They offered several alternative options, and I was pleased to accept one. The switch was handled very efficiently. While I would have preferred my original selection, which had a balcony with a sea view, the apartment I’m now getting appears lovely and is reasonably priced.
I'm quite concerned to see that a property I booked through a platform is still listed for rent despite my report made both online and in person at the local office. The accommodation is not suitable for guests. Additionally, I find the advertisements to be quite misleading. My first experience with this service last September was disappointing, leading to a quick refund. I learned that cleaning can be handled by hosts without oversight, which should be disclosed in the listings. Had I known this, I would have reconsidered my booking.
The apartment was dirty, with dust everywhere, and the towels and linens were stained and unclean. The internet was completely non-functional, despite it being included in the contract, which was critical for my meetings. I called the emergency number but received no response for two days. They eventually fixed the internet, but it was unreliable. I was instructed to return towels and linens at an inconvenient time, yet no one was present at the office, and no one communicated with me beforehand, leaving me confused about what to do with the dirty items. I ended up leaving everything behind. They later called to explain standard procedures, but I was not a regular customer and expected a clean apartment upon arrival.
This has been the worst agency we have ever dealt with. We booked an apartment in January, and while the photos looked great, reality was disappointing. The apartment has mold on the walls, and the bathroom is far from satisfactory. An unpleasant odor greeted us upon entry. I documented the major issues and showed them at the office, but the representative was unhelpful. She dismissed my concerns about the mold as normal and told me to send a message if I had complaints—showing zero empathy or understanding.
