Very disappointed with this company. I paid 240 euros for a package mainly because of the cake, and on the same day the delivery was scheduled, they informed me that the cake could not be delivered and offered chocolates instead. They also offered cancellation, but since it was already the delivery day, cancelling was not a real option.
Paying 240 euros and then having the main item replaced at the last minute is unacceptable. This felt misleading and unprofessional. I would not recommend ordering from them.
I made an online purchase on February 10th from (flowers4valencia.com). The flowers were supposed to be delivered on the 14th, but not arrived. I have contacted them via Whatsup and asked for refund, but they said it's not possible and that order is ready for delivery. But again it was not delivered. I have asked for phone of delivery service, they gave but the phone is always busy. Recently they are not answering at all. In my account on their web site it is showing Delivered and Completed, which absolutely not true.
Very disappointed with the amount of flowers only 8 flowers for £47 when they show a full bunch online the flowers were pretty but just not worth the price. Won’t be buying again false advertising. Not happy especially when it’s for a birthday.
I spent 75 euros on a flower delivery in Tunisia for a birthday. While the delivery was timely, it was absurd that they asked my wife to pick up the flowers. This was meant to be a surprise, and since I had already paid for the delivery, it felt unnecessary. I could have simply asked her to buy flowers herself for a fraction of the cost.
Initially, when I visited the website to place my order, it indicated that my delivery would arrive by December 24. However, I later received an email stating it would be delivered on the 30th. Then, I received another update saying it wouldn't arrive until January 5, which was problematic as it was a Christmas gift. On January 3, I received a notification that the gift had been delivered, but I have no idea to whom it was delivered. While the item was marked as delivered, it certainly wasn't to the correct recipient. Overall, I'm quite dissatisfied. Thank you for nothing.

Gostei do acompanhamento e da comunicação frequente, incluindo e-mails e mensagens de WhatsApp. Não gostei da qualidade das flores, que não estavam frescas, e a mensagem era muito simples, nada relacionado a "luxo" ou ao preço. Vale mencionar que o preço colado na garrafa de champanhe e os chocolates na embalagem original mostram pouca atenção aos detalhes.
