Until now, I would have given the company 5 stars, but I've been disappointed by their customer service following a product return that was agreed upon. I received incorrect advice on the type of decking joists needed, though it wasn’t from the company. After contacting them, I was instructed to place an online order for the correct items, and they would arrange to collect the incorrect ones and provide a refund. This process was smooth, and I paid £135 for delivery on my original order exceeding £1000. However, when the refund was processed, I noticed a £9.50 shortfall. Upon calling, I discovered it was due to a restocking fee outlined in their terms and conditions, which I later confirmed. I wasn’t informed of this in advance, and it leaves me feeling disappointed, especially since I placed a significantly larger order. If it had been a one-way transaction, I might have understood better. It's unfortunate that this small discrepancy has negatively impacted my overall impression, and I won't be recommending them to others.

The company was more than willing to refund the extra boards I didn’t need and collected them free of charge since I was near their warehouse. My experience with the company was positive in every aspect, and I'm very satisfied with the quality of the decking supplied. From the moment we visited the local depot unexpectedly, everything went seamlessly. We were replacing a wooden deck with composite, and I'm so glad we found a nearby company to assist. All work has an element of uncertainty until you begin, and it was a great relief that after placing the main order and receiving it, we could return for additional items as needed. Although we didn’t utilize the option, they also allow returns of unused items as long as they are in their original condition!
