From the start of our trip planning, our plans and destinations changed multiple times prior to booking, and the team was so helpful in making our adjustments and giving us the best deals we could have asked for. They gave wonderful tips and instructions for our trip, which made everything a breeze! The hotel accommodations were all so charming and amazing, and we could not have asked for a better experience! I wanted to travel for a while and was looking at many different websites who had pretty bad reviews then I stumbled upon this little gem! It was a great decision. They’re very effective with their communication and everyone I spoke to was lovely. I had a great time and they planned all my trains for me in a very convenient way so I had full use of every day. I would definitely go back!
Having all the rail passes,train seat allocations and accommodation organised made it all very easy.The only small criticism is on some days travelling by train, the small amount of time between transfers of trains was very stressful ( in some cases 6 minutes to get off a train, get to the next platform and board another train)On one of the days the train arrived late and of course we missed our next train.
Overall pretty good apart from sending us to the wrong train station on one occasion and their directions from train stations also leaving a bit to be desired on a couple of occasions. We would have also appreciated being told about a 7 hr train trip with no food or water available and a 2 hr bus trip with no toilets.

Accommodation was always in a good location and to a high standard and it was helpful that they provided us directions for our transport and accommodation. Booking with interrailing packages is a great way to see less familiar places and to move between more than 1 location, following their recommendations. We were able to move between locations in Italy, Slovenia, and several places in Croatia over a period of 2 weeks and we found it to be great value for money. They have a friendly, trustworthy and reliable team. We would definitely recommend anyone to book with interrailing packages as they have something for everyone be it young or old, holiday or honeymoon.
We had an amazing experience with Interrail. The planning was perfect, everything was precise and well organised. We haven’t had one single problem with the app, everything was clearly explained. The hotels were all good and comfortable and in a good position.
