All the staff were polite and friendly, arrived on time and worked solidly.. They kept us informed through the job as to what they were doing.

Apparently our loft space is very low which made working conditions difficult for laying the insulation , but Luke and Ryan worked very hard to complete the job.

Disappointing Service and Unfinished Repairs

To the directors listed on companies house. The team responsible for the repairs at my residence has left it in disarray for almost a month, with work only partially completed and covered in plaster dust. I have had to seek urgent medical attention for respiratory problems. Invoices for emergency cleaning and decorating will be due for payment on Monday, as per company policy. The work should be finished by Monday, except for the plastering.

Awaiting a response regarding repair status

I am looking for a callback about the condition the company has left my home in. After you admitted fault for damaging my ceiling, I appreciated the acknowledgment. However, the work remains incomplete, and I need to finalize dates for its completion. It’s been over a week since we discussed this, and I understand it’s the holiday season, but I hoped to have everything resolved before then. If a representative could reach out to facilitate this, it would be appreciated. Otherwise, I may need to consider further action. I also note your previous responses have included unfounded accusations, which I find troubling. My only goal is to restore my bedroom to its prior condition.

I’m expecting a callback from a representative regarding the unfinished repair work in my home. Given the state it’s been left in, I thought this would be treated as urgent. Please reach out as soon as possible. I’m very disappointed and upset with how the company has handled this situation. Loft insulation visit

A representative visited to provide initial information about loft insulation. He was polite, friendly, and informative, and followed up with updates before and after our survey. The contractors who came were all friendly and professional. Thank you again for the service.

Unsatisfactory handling of ongoing issues

The company shows little tolerance for those who struggle with technology. I still have a leaking radiator, and this issue has persisted since September without proper resolution. I have attempted to reach the complaints department, but no one answers. Communication from the company is dreadful.
