Terrible company with 0 customer support. I signed up for a free trial and ended up getting charged, I emailed multiple times and got no response. They have a phone number on the website but it directs you to an email and no one ever responds.
This company is nothing but criminals who practice predatory behavior against the consumer. They promise accurate information, listing searches and tools to analyze properties. ALL SEARCHES DID NOT EXIST IN THEIR SYSTEM FOR ONE, TWO, LISTINGS THEY DO HAVE FROM THEIR DATABASE, NOT ANYWHERE ELSE, THE INFORMATION WAS COMPLETELY FALSE!!! FAKE LISTINGS, INACCURATE NUMBERS GROSSLY INFLATED!!! COMPLETELY MADE UP INFORMATION!!! ANY COMPANY THAT CANT WONT OR DOESNT PROVIDE REFUND FOR BAD SERVICE SHOULD BE ELIMINATED. ANY POSITIVE REVIEW THAT IS OUT THERE ARE FAKE PAID REVIEWS FROM THEM NOT ACTUAL CLIENTS

I would give 0 stars if possible. I signed up two years ago and then canceled after 1 month. However, the cancellation didn't take for some reason, even though I spoke directly to someone at that time. I've been trying ever since to get the service and auto charges stopped and can no longer connect to a live person. I have gotten no/little response via email and was charged again in November. To date, I've been charged almost $1,000 and recently closed my bank account (of 20 years!) to get the charges to stop.
