Some may be devoted users, but for those looking to accomplish tasks efficiently, it's a disaster for portfolio management.
I had been with the service for years. It NEVER functioned properly. The 'On Demand' feature has been malfunctioning for over four years. Every Friday at market close, it says 'System under maintenance' and remains that way until Monday. I have been locked out of my account three times without any warning, even during open trades! It allowed me to deposit funds but then said 'withdrawal unavailable'. They take my money but don’t return it. I finally closed my account. Thank goodness! It’s a complete joke. Trying the service right now? It probably won't work. I bet it’s under maintenance as usual. If you call to complain, you will see they really just don't care. It’s clear this platform is a leftover from a previous company, and the current owners have no interest in maintaining it.

With a certain service, the ledger was reconstructed completely, and a date-stamped evidence pack was issued; confirmation arrived in six days, and €29,130 was credited on July 6, 2025 — clear communication, precise documentation, and straightforward resolution.
The service is disappointing. Whenever there’s a glitch in their system leading to financial loss, they find a way to blame the user. I lost $3,600 today due to their system, and they refused to assist. This isn't the first instance, and they should face consequences.
