My certification was revoked within three months. Trusting the service, I purchased another one, but after four months, it still hasn't been activated! I even paid an additional $5 for the certificate, and it remains in a pending state. I'm left without either a refund or an activated certificate!

Used certificates and overall it worked well. The setup was clear, and the site explained things better than most services like this. I had a minor issue at first, but the support team responded and helped me resolve it.
The first certificate I purchased for $3.99 worked well but was revoked after a couple of months. Then I ordered a $9.99 certificate, but I was informed that I was blacklisted and to wait 14-30 days. It's been over 30 days, and I've tried reaching out with no response on various platforms. This has not been a good experience at all!
After I was advised to contact support, I did, and waited about two weeks with still no response. I tried multiple communication methods, including the website, messaging platforms, and email, but received no replies. If the owner sees this, please check my order and replace it as I have a nine-month warranty.
