TOTAL SCAM

TOTAL SCAM! Ordered the 3 pair bundle on January 25. It’s been over a month and still no delivery. Tracking says it’s been at postal office since January 12. Tried to contact them and support email bounced back saying it isn’t a valid email. Giving them 1 star is generous but it won’t let me give 0 stars.

If I could give zero stars I would have, appears to be a total scam. I get a tracking number, but it has been at over 40 locations and they constantly send an email saying your package will be delivered soon. Still waiting. Arghhhh!!!

This place is a SCAM

This place is a SCAM! I received defective tights in something you buy off of Shein. All my tights had white streak marks and had holes! I contact customer service multiple times, but no one has reached out! BEWARE! TOTAL SCAM!

Unresponsive Customer Service

My order took forever to arrive, the proverbial "slow boat from China". I actually like the tights, however, they have a flaw, a snag/hole in them. I want to return/exchange them, but they have not replied to my email. Horrible customer service, very little contact information. A waste of money. I would not do business with them again.

Just like the others- they SUCK

Just like the others, it took weeks to get my order and they were defective. Requested a refund, they “shipped” a new pair. I leave for vacation next week- that will be 5 weeks since I made my purchase. I had no idea they were being shipped from China. Just like someone else said, I could have ordered on Amazon and had them delivered overnight.

Extremely disappointed (want a refund)

Extremely disappointed with both the product and the customer service. I contacted customer service, provided photos of the issue, included my order number, and clearly requested a full refund.Despite all of that, the response I received today asked me to provide my order number (which was already included) and offered to send a replacement—completely disregarding my original email, the photos, and my explicit request for a refund, not a replacement.This level of inattentiveness and lack of accountability is unacceptable. I am still waiting for my refund to be properly addressed.
