I've been very happy with my SkyTech PC, and whenever I've needed support, someone has always been available to help. But what really stands out to me is how Christopher Lopez handled my recent motherboard RMA. He walked me through every step, answered every question I had, and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. His communication was clear, his responsiveness was immediate, and he genuinely seemed invested in getting this resolved for me. It's employees like Christopher that make the difference—companies like SkyTech shine because of people who are willing to go the extra mile and actually care about their customers. I'd absolutely recommend SkyTech, and if you get Christopher on your case, you're in good hands.
Clay R great tech he went there in my new pc and from remote i need bois flashed because the i7 14000f likes to burn without the bois update i didn't know how to do it so he logged on my PC for me he was very friendly and helped me a awesome tech keep him!!!!!!!!!!! I purchased my PC in December and absolutely love it! I’ve had a few minor kinks to work out and Daniel Morrisey with customer service has been incredible to work with! He has helped educate me on certain things as well as continue to be a contact and work through things as I’ve needed it. I can’t recommend this company enough! The customer service is second to none!
Given the numerous issues that can arise with a PC, it's natural for some customers to encounter problems. When these situations occur, the quality of support can significantly influence a customer's perception of a company. The support team I dealt with was prompt and effective. The case I initially chose for my PC was out of stock, but without any negotiation or additional fees, they offered a better case. Additionally, when my PC arrived and Windows wouldn't activate, a quick message to the support team led to a swift resolution by a representative. I will definitely consider this company for my future purchases!
I purchased this PC, and within a few months, it stopped functioning. I contacted the support team multiple times to resolve the issue but received no assistance. Finally, last week, I got a response to my email stating that the warranty had expired and they could not help. How convenient. I've wasted so much money on something that will just sit unused. I will never buy from this company again.
This is my first gaming PC, and it performs excellently, running games from a popular platform much better than my laptop. The wired accessories are a significant advantage for those who prefer not to deal with batteries. However, the spacebar on the keyboard is somewhat unreliable, though it doesn't affect the overall performance of the PC.
They consistently produce high-quality products that meet all expectations. When a difficult situation arose with a lost Christmas gift for our son, they stepped up. Although the replacement was out of stock, they quickly had one made and shipped it with fast delivery, resolving the issue promptly.
Highly recommend Skytech Gaming both for their products and their customer service. Build quality is excellent as well as their commitment to customers. I was having trouble fixing a problem which was ultimately user error on my part, and they emailed and scheduled a call with me within 24 hours and solved the problem within minutes over the phone. Very impressed overall and they have my trust.
